Customer Services

We have a dedicated Customer Services team to support our clients at all stages of their project.

If you're a new client, our on-boarding process kicks in before we begin our first project with you and you will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager. It is they who will be your day to day contact. 

All projects are run through our client-facing online project management system, Shared Tasks.  Here, communication is logged and progress is transparent with all tasks and sign offs tracked through the project lifecycle.
